Chris bought his first mountain bike in 1994 and immediately started racing. He rode cross-country for one year before entering his first dual slalom race and never looked back. Chris founded OC Racing in 1996 and developed a team ranging from beginner cross-country racers to an almost entirely gravity-based program including 2 Pro and 4 Semi-Pro racers including one International racer in England. Chris has been working with endurance racing teams since 24-Hours of Canaan in 1996 and has embraced the role of team and rider support. His racing career has spanned 10 years, culminating in his bid for the 2004 MTX National Title.
