A retired Naval Officer, runner (4:20 miler/2:37 marathoner), triathlete and roadie, Jeff has evolved into a lifelong mountain biker…simply because it was more fun! He has raced sport class in Tennessee, southern California, Sicily, northern Florida and locally in XC, endurance and relay events dating back to the early 1990’s. Now typically racing in the “more mature” classes, Jeff has has improved every season since joining the team three years ago and now regularly climbs the podium. His motto waivers between, “Just ten more pounds…” and “Mmmmmmmm, bacon….”. Jeff is the consummate teammate throughout and a strong advocate for mountain biking as a sport for all ages. His approach is simple…. Never, ever stop!
